Farrow Feeder Combination
The John Harvey Farrow Feeder Combination comprises of two Single Farrow Feeders and one antibacterial water tank, joined together by a painted stand. The tank includes 2 off ½” x ¾” Bite Nipples, level indicator and float valve. This insures the provision of clean drinking water.
In order to create a product tailored to your individual needs we provide variations on our standard equipment. These options are detailed below.
Additional Options
Plastic Chute
We offer plastic chutes to help reduce the chance of spillage when filling the feeders, by big bucket or when using a field dispenser.
Rain Guard Steelwork
In areas where rainfall can be high we recommend fitting a rain guard to the Farrow Feeder body. This helps to protect feed.
Rain Guard Plastic Chute
The Farrow Feeder plastic chute has a flap fitted so when in the up position water is directed over the back of the input area. This is recommended for areas with a large amount of rainfall.
Farrow Feeder Size
Our 150Kg Single Space Ad Lib Feeder is designed to provide ad-lib feed for lactating Sows in combination with either a 250l or 300l tank.

Water Tank Size
We offer either a basic straight sided 250ltr tank, which provides 2ltrs/min when full or a 300ltr tank, which has angled nipples. This provides greater comfort for the sow and reduces water wastage, has an output of 2ltrs/min provided the indicator float is above minimum position and has overflow vents in accordance with water authority requirements.
Farrow Feeder Position
It is possible to have the Farrow Feeder Combination assembled with Feeders at 90° to the fence line, or angled with the Feeders facing slightly outwards.
